As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Requirements
The following are required for this role:
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications

- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications

Pay
The starting pay for this position is $23.00 - $37.00 USD hourly. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
