IT Support Associate

Job Purpose

Partner with IT Manager for employee IT support requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain laptops and desktop computers. Set up new employee workstations, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Assist with onboarding and offboarding by creating and disabling user accounts and preparing equipment. Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Assist with password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and user account administration. Maintain IT inventory, including computers, monitors, phones, and accessories. Install software updates and perform routine system maintenance. Assist with conference room technology and audio/video equipment. Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures. Escalate complex issues to IT Manager. Help maintain cybersecurity best practices and assist users with security awareness. Support occasional after-hours or weekend activities during company events or maintenance windows.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent technical experience
• 3-5 years of IT support or Help Desk experience
• Basic understanding of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Computer hardware, Networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Preferred CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification
• Experience with: Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Ticketing systems, Mobile device management (MDM)

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry equipment up to 40 pounds
• Walk throughout office, production, and hangar facilities
• Ability to crawl under desks, install equipment, and manage cabling as needed
