IT Supervisor – ERP & OA Systems (Bilingual EN/ZH, Open to Relocation to NC)

Responsibilities

• System Management: Lead the implementation, upgrade, and daily optimization of core ERP and OA systems.
• Process Alignment: Analyze manufacturing workflows (supply chain, inventory, production, finance) to design efficient automation solutions.
• Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between the ERP, OA, MES, cybersecurity systems, and other critical enterprise information systems.
• User Support: Oversee system training, documentation, and technical support for cross-functional teams to maximize system adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing IT systems within the manufacturing sector. Proven track record with mainstream ERP platforms and advanced OA/Workflow automation tools.
• PREFERRED BACKGROUND: Experience in Enterprise IT System Architecture or IT Operations & Maintenance (O&O) is a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin (Bilingual English/Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate global collaboration.
