What You’ll Need To Apply
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, or health care administration. HR may accept directly related work experience in lieu of the required post-secondary education on a 1-year: 1-year basis.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Required Experience: Four (4) years of business/systems analysis or healthcare finance support experience.
- Preferred Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of experience supporting iCIMS recruiting software, HealthStream, Infor Payroll, Infor Accounts Payable, Infor General Ledger, Infor People Management, and/or Veradigm Supply Chain Management information systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial analysis tools and software proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; manages time and balances multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
