IT Specialist - Tier 2

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for users, resolving issues related to the Microsoft tech stack.
• Collaborate with team members to manage user support requests in a timely manner.
• Aid in training and onboarding new users on standard desktop and office support practices.
• Maintain documentation of support processes and user interactions to improve service efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 support experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack support is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work 100% onsite in or around Ponca City, OK.
