We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Education, Additional information. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections where there is real specific content. No Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless present. The posting does not mention pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not include those headings. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe from Summary), Responsibilities (from Duties), Requirements (maybe Conditions of employment?), Qualifications (Qualifications section), Skills (maybe from competencies? but we have no explicit skills list; we could skip if not specific). Education (Education section). Additional information maybe could be part of About the role or Requirements? But we should not create a heading unless matches allowed headings. Allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: - About the role: Summary paragraph (first paragraph). Also maybe Additional information? But Additional info repeats excepted service etc. Could be part of About the role. - Responsibilities: Duties section. - Requirements: Conditions of employment (must be US citizen, selective service, security clearance, etc.) plus maybe other requirements like drug testing, recall. - Qualifications: The big Qualifications section (including basic requirements, qualifying experience, etc.) - Skills: Not explicitly listed; we could omit if no specific skill list. The posting mentions competencies like Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving. Those could be considered skills. But they are part of qualifications. However we could create a Skills section listing those competencies. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." If we can extract skills, we could include a Skills section with those bullet points. But we must not invent content; we can list those as skills. They are present in the Qualifications section under "Basic Requirements". They are described as competencies. So we could extract them as skills. - Education: Education section. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
