We must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract: Summary: This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. That's about the role. Duties: list of duties (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll put under Responsibilities. Requirements: Conditions of employment (citizenship, selective service, security clearance, DoD 8140 policy, FPL grade levels, drug testing, recall). Also maybe other requirements. Qualifications: Basic Requirements (GG-2210-05 to GG-2210-11) etc. Also Qualifying Experience for each grade, Education substitution, Volunteer Experience, Additional information (excepted service, etc). Also maybe Skills? Not explicit but we can infer from qualifications: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving. Those could be Skills. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include those sections. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like "Must be a U.S. Citizen.", "Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.", etc. We need to be careful not to duplicate lines. But only allowed headings are the specified ones; we cannot add custom headings like "Qualifying Experience". However we can embed details within the Qualifications section using paragraphs and lists. We must not invent headings; we can still use

    and

    • . So we can list all details as list items. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The "Additional information" includes some repetition of earlier summary but it's substantive; we can include. We need to avoid duplicate lines. The summary already said similar; but we can still include if not duplicate exactly. The Additional information repeats "This position is in the Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It is being recruited under 10 U.S.C. 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system." That's not exactly same as summary but similar; we can keep. We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to output HTML fragment. We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Possibly also Skills? We could embed Attention to Detail etc as skills but they are already in Qualifications. The instruction says use sections only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. No Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Thus output:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

        ...

      Requirements

        ...

      Qualifications

... (maybe include basic requirements paragraph)

        ...
We need to ensure we don't miss any details. Let's craft the Qualifications section content. We'll start with a paragraph: "Basic Requirements: GG-2210-05 to GG-2210-11" Then list items: - Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or
