Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT operations, systems, and network performance to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices.
- Support software, server administration, PC maintenance, printers, copiers, video conferencing systems, and general hardware.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, accounts, inventory, and network diagrams.
- Aid in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CEMS network environment.
End User & On-Site Technology Support
- Provide technical support for office computers, printers, and mobile equipment.
- Support software installations, updates, and user onboarding and offboarding.
- Document common issues and resolutions to improve team knowledge and future efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors for complex troubleshooting needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud Services, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of networking hardware, servers, firewalls, IPS/IDS, Cisco, and WatchGuard solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
