IT Site Support

Contract position based in Minneapolis, MN. Anticipated to close on August 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and support standard Windows and Apple desktop configurations for organization-wide use.
• Research and develop new standard hardware and software for enterprise environments.
• Analyze intermediate to complex problems and recommend hardware and software solutions.
• Partner with specialty teams to provide high-quality custom solutions aligned with IT standards and controls.
• Monitor and track hardware and software inventory following IT Asset Lifecycle procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, client/server systems, PCs, desktop applications, and peripheral devices; escalate as needed.
• Serve as an escalation point for desktop-related issues, supporting incident management practices.
• Provide mentorship, training, and assistance to site support and service desk staff during high workloads or when expertise is required.
• Respond to second and third-level technical support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
• Proactively address immediate and long-term solutions for technical issues and anomalies.
• Support departmental moves, additions, and changes within the office.
• Participate in 24/7 support and on-call rotation.
• Available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Requirements

• Experience with desktop support, Windows 10, and onsite employee support.
• Entry-level experience in IT or related field.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $28.00–$28.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
