About the role
Join our team as an IT Support Analyst at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. Provide on-site technology support to residents and staff, assist with technical issues, handle equipment, and collaborate with your team while being on-call for occasional after-hours events.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between the IT department and community or corporate locations to ensure effective communication and support.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for various devices, including computers, tablets, phones, point-of-sale systems, printers, and network applications.
- Support information security initiatives by educating customers, identifying compliance concerns, and mitigating identified risks.
- Engage with staff and business partners regularly to address unmet technology needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Take a leadership role in onsite support projects and assist project teams with business and IT initiatives.
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, sanitization, and disposal.
- Provide support through Erickson Resident Computer Services (ERCS), community computer clubs, and resident computer labs while maintaining relationships with service vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; education will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Job-related technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are strongly preferred.
- Ongoing pursuit of certifications is considered evidence of continuous learning.
- CompTIA A+ certification required within 6 months of employment.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
$63,000/year, commensurate with experience.
