Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated technical support to all Executive staff, including the C-Suite team, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and optimal technology performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, including issues with company-issued computers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
  • Install and configure new IT hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and best practices for service desk operations.
  • Track, route, and document incident resolutions.
  • Manage the technical onboarding of new hires, configuring hardware, and setting up workspaces to ensure a smooth start for all new employees.
  • Provide onsite and remote IT support for manufacturing and production environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of these settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, with a proven track record of resolving a wide range of technical issues.
  • Experience providing IT support to executive teams, with excellent communication skills and discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, with experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with service desk operating procedures and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Certifications in relevant IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

This position requires travel to Mueller sites in North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia.
