IT ServiceNow Developer

This position is based in the Firm's global operations center in Tampa, FL. Description We are seeking an IT ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The IT ServiceNow Developer will provide technical and programming support for our IT Service Management Solution (ServiceNow) while aligning to Service Management best practices. The role will be primarily responsible for researching, planning, coordinating, and delivering application solutions for the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Include Build and customize ServiceNow - from collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, to coding and execution of those plansUse scripting tools to automate routine tasks being done in the ServiceNow platformCreate Requirements Definitions and Technical Specifications DocumentationArticulate technical concepts using easily understandable business languageLoad, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systemsResearch and deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow environmentPerform system and integration testing with sample dataBe responsive to production outages and remedy critical issues as quickly as possibleRecognize and report issues before they adversely impact firm operations or project scheduleMonitor health, usage and overall compliance of the IT Service Management platform Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator/Developer2+ years of experience using scripting/coding languages (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS)2+ years of experience with LDAP/Active Directory and Single Sign On3+ years of experience in IT Service DeliveryMust have effective written and oral communication skillsMust be able to manage multiple projects at the same timeMust be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing prioritiesHands-on development/configuration experience with an IT Service Management platform such as Remedy, HP, or ServiceNow is a plus Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Benefits: Our goal is to promote a work environment in which individuals have access to the resources they need to be their best both professionally and personally, which includes resources that encourage individuals to focus on their health and well-being.
