IT Solution Architect

Seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA solution design and optimization supporting Management Accounting, Product Costing, Financial Reporting, and Cost Management. Responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized, and aligned technology solutions, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, leading solution architecture discussions, providing technical guidance, and supporting process mapping, data migration, and system configuration. The role involves driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, collaborating with global teams to enhance product costing transparency and reporting quality. Qualifications include a Master's degree in IT or related fields, 10+ years of IT architecture experience with a focus on ERP platforms, and proven involvement in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially within Management Accounting and Financial Reporting, along with skills in process mapping, data migration, project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), and stakeholder management are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel for project needs is expected.
