IT Solution Architect

IT Solutions Architect This role involves leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions within a global S/4HANA transformation initiative. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop innovative SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions that optimize logistics and supply chain processes. Your responsibilities include solution architecture, blueprinting, ensuring seamless system integration, and guiding configuration, testing, and deployment activities. You will build strong relationships with project teams, business leaders, and partners to ensure successful outcomes, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.Extensive experience designing and implementing SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environment.Recent hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, including migration or transformation, with a focus on logistics.Deep understanding of SAP logistics processes and integration points across business functions.Proficiency in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and solution enhancement.Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.SAP certification and experience with Agile delivery are advantageous, as is familiarity with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics. Key qualities: Strong communication, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving skills to support a successful SAP transformation. This hybrid role requires proximity to key U.S. sites and willingness to travel, with compensation based on qualifications and experience.
