About the role
The IT Service Delivery Consultant Senior position is part of the SMIT/MCEN program at Leidos, supporting the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely resolution of incidents, driving high availability, and applying ITSM processes aligned with business and IT strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure internal processes related to IT Service Management (ITSM) and delivery are applied across the enterprise.
- Leverage ITIL best practices to design, deploy, and sustain high-quality, highly available solutions.
- Manage incident, problem, change, and availability management processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Project Management and customer service skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must hold an IAM II certification.
- U.S. Citizenship and current Secret Clearance required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 annually. Additional factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law, are considered in extending offers.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time.
