IT Service Delivery Consultant Mid / Site Manager

About the role

The selected candidate will ensure internal Information Technology (IT) Service Management and Delivery processes are applied across the enterprise to drive timely incident resolution and high availability. This role combines IT service delivery leadership with on-site management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage ITIL best practices to design, deploy, and sustain high-quality, highly available IT solutions aligned with business and IT strategic objectives.
• Provide Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management.
• Ensure IT processes have the appropriate level of definition, rigor, and reporting to deliver high availability, quality, value, flexibility, and visibility.
• Serve as Site Manager for Resource Managers, supervising and representing the team on-site.
• Ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes, budgets, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership for onsite staff.
• Act as chief point of contact for team members and frontline escalation point for workplace issues.
• Report events, inform Leidos leadership of incidents, and advise on potential courses of action.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to direct reports.
• Manage administrative duties including team scheduling, time off requests, training coordination, special initiatives, and professional development while ensuring compliance with Leidos policies.
• Handle incident escalation on behalf of direct reports, pursue issue resolution, coordinate interdepartmental requirements with Resource Managers, and track training, certification, and education for Leidos personnel.
• Model the 6 Key Leidos Leadership Excellence Behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Prior MCEN experience.
• ITIL certification required.
• IAT II certification required.
• Currently working on the ESD.
• Experience with Hardware (HW) or Software (SW) asset management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience.
• NGEN experience.

Pay

Pay Range: $59,150.00 - $106,925.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreements, or other law.
