IT Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Production Planning & Variant Configuration; Supply Chain, Manufacturing

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with CTIT BPC team members, IT resources, and business stakeholders to evaluate and optimize business processes.
• Support process owners in defining value propositions, streamlining operations, and identifying automation opportunities.
• Contribute to the design of robust, scalable application solutions.
• Manage support tickets including incidents, change requests, and general inquiries.
• Document all resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Provide guidance to users to ensure effective use of system functionality.
• Ensure system integrity across all application changes and enhancements.
• Perform necessary configuration changes in alignment with SOX, SOD, and related compliance policies.
• Lead end-to-end change management activities including development coordination, testing (unit, integration, non-regression), user acceptance, documentation, training, and user enablement.
• Deliver or coordinate project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, configuration, testing, training, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout all project phases.
• Support project managers as needed regarding budget, quality, and timeliness.
• Manage small to medium-scale projects.
• Oversee project resources and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Recommend and develop internal methodologies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, IT, finance, engineering, OR 10 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree in IT, supply chain, or engineering with relevant experience (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience Supporting or implementing SAP Production Planning & Manufacturing solutions, including Variant Configuration.
• 5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Participation in at least 2 full-scale SAP implementations (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Experience across blueprint, design, build, test, deploy, and support; includes team lead role in Production Planning.
• Exposure to latest IT digital trends, familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to SAP and digital transformation (preferred).
