- Collaborate with the RTE to design, implement, and train the IT team on customized Agile processes, helping technical staff transition to a structured Agile delivery model.
- Establish a cohesive "one-team" dynamic across geographically split locations (HSV and COS) using virtual collaboration tools and an inclusive hybrid engagement model.
- Facilitate an optimized Agile battle rhythm tailored to the operational needs and delivery cycles of IT and infrastructure teams.
- Guide and coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Assist the Product Owner and Technical Leads with backlog maintenance, prioritizing IT initiatives, and translating technical requirements into actionable user stories.

- Ensure IT service delivery and cybersecurity compliance tasks are integrated into the Agile workflow.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Influence and mentor highly technical engineers who may be new to Agile frameworks.
- Align team-level operations with the broader organizational vision defined by the program's RTE.
- Manage remote/virtual team dynamics, ensuring active participation and communication across multiple time zones.
- Quickly learn challenging IT and infrastructure concepts to better understand team impediments and technical debt.
- Operate in an ambiguous, "greenfield" environment to build and document standard Agile processes from the ground up.
- Identify project risks, resource bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve team efficiency as a self-starter.
- Facilitate effective interchanges with senior customer management, Product Owners, and technical staff using excellent presentation, oral, and written skills.
- Maintain a "can-do" attitude in a high-pace, dynamic enterprise IT environment and embrace change.
