About the role

The role is for an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to join a collaborative team focused on delivering enterprise-grade business applications utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
  • Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
  • Develop and support automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and Azure-based services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and operational support.
  • Support auditing, monitoring, logging, and compliance initiatives aligned with enterprise standards and policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
  • Strong experience building workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
  • Experience developing custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps processes, solution management, and deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility frameworks.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and advanced Dataverse capabilities.
  • Experience supporting enterprise governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI.
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting and analytics integrations.
  • Understanding of Power Platform and Azure Active Directory security architecture.
