About the role
The IT Quality/Test Engineer I will support a data-focused testing team responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of enterprise data pipelines and platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute tests for data pipelines and workflows
- Identify defects, validate fixes, and support issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
- Monitor data quality and operational performance
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Stewards to improve overall platform quality
Requirements
- 1-2 years of software testing and/or software development experience
- SQL (Snowflake preferred)
- Java / Spring Boot
- AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications
Someone who enjoys troubleshooting and improving processes, a team player who can work cross-functionally with technical stakeholders, and consistent work history with demonstrated commitment in previous roles.
