IT Provisioning Technician II

About the role

The IT Provisioning Technician II will join the End User Technology Services team to provide additional provisioning capacity within the Minnesota operation. The team has experienced higher-than-anticipated growth and increased contract activity, creating additional workload for the existing Minnesota provisioning resource. This contractor will provide hands-on support for device provisioning and user access activities while adding coverage and capacity to the team.

This is a Contract position based out of Apple Valley, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for device provisioning and user access activities.
• Add coverage and capacity to the End User Technology Services team.
• Perform Windows device imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware preparation.
• Handle user account creation/provisioning and mover/joiner/leaver support.
• Manage application access provisioning (adding and modifying users).
• Deliver general desktop/end-user technical support.
• Conduct asset management, inventory, and receiving tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of combined technical support and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Windows-only experience acceptable (limited Mac environment).
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Understanding of IT/data security within a regulated environment.

Qualifications (preferred)

• Episys Quest experience.
• Previous financial institution experience.
