IT Project Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal IT teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation such as requirements and statements of work
• Support application development efforts
• Aid with application operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, minimum 10 years of professional IT experience in Software Development, Business Systems Analysis, and Database Administration
• Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position is $61,600-$129,300, based on a variety of factors including location, contract labor categories, and wage rates.
