Job Description

Summary Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and commercialization plans for aftermarket service products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for aftermarket services, including extended coverage, digital services, telematics, and fleet solutions.
  • Develop marketing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning for targeted customer segments.
  • Lead product launch planning and commercialization in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and dealer support programs.
  • Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase product adoption and penetration across dealer and fleet channels.
  • Cook up cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of new service offerings.

Market & Business Insights

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with market demand.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in services or product marketing
