Volt is hiring a Project Manager in Boston or Andover, MA. This is a hybrid role with 2 days of work from home per week, located at 800 Federal ST, Andover, MA 01810. The position is expected to last 12+ months.

About the role

Seeking an experienced Program/Project Management and Business Analysis professional to support Risk Lifecycle Management (RLM), Internal Controls Testing (ICT), and Trust Center initiatives. The role will drive program delivery, requirements management, process improvement, governance alignment, stakeholder collaboration, and change management across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day coordination and delivery across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives.

Requirements

Planning & Execution, Risk Management, and Delivery Operations.
Requirements Engineering, Analytical Thinking, and Process Design.
Change Enablement, Prioritization, and Agile Mindset.
Influence Without Authority, Facilitation, and Relationship Management.
Governance Integrity, Controls Awareness, and Regulatory Insight.

Pay

$40–$42 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
