IT Project Manager (USA) - North American Service Delivery Group

For our client, we are seeking an IT Project Manager (USA) - North American Service Delivery Group to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee the successful delivery of complex IT initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to define scope, manage timelines, and keep execution aligned with business objectives. The position will also drive cost control, risk mitigation, and clear communication across project teams and leadership. It is well suited to a seasoned project manager who can coordinate multiple moving parts while supporting impactful technology solutions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders Forecast and monitor project costs to ensure budget compliance Create and maintain project timelines with milestones and deadlines Provide regular updates and gather feedback from stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks through contingency plans Assign tasks and monitor team performance for timely completion Collect and analyze project performance data, preparing reports for stakeholders Qualifications Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing Willingness to travel approximately 4-12 weeks per year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Project, and Jira Knowledge of IT systems, project planning, risk management, and budgeting Benefits Remote work flexibility with a preference for candidates in specific states Opportunities for professional development and certifications Supportive management for navigating project challenges Work on impactful identification system solutions for public sector clients Access to comprehensive IT resources and collaboration tools Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
