IT Project Manager - UiPath Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination for the UiPath implementation and maintain the project plan.
• Facilitate working sessions, document decisions and action items, and manage RAID items.
• Track dependencies across systems and coordinate with consulting partners and internal teams.
• Organize requirements, design checkpoints, testing/UAT, implementation planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide timely and accurate status reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and issues while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Ensure adherence to corporate operational standards and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2–4+ years of technology project management experience with demonstrated ownership of scope, schedule, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendor coordination.
• Technical Skills: Experience with project management for enterprise implementations, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, and status reporting. Knowledge of vendor and consulting partner coordination is necessary. Automation/RPA or systems implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM/Scrum, or a comparable project management certification.
• Background in healthcare, managed care, risk, resilience, or business continuity environments.

About the Role

This role supports a new technology project focused on implementing UiPath automation and integrating it with other business systems. The Project Manager will coordinate work between internal stakeholders, UiPath resources, consulting partners, and business/technology teams.
