IT Project Manager II

About the role

This is a hybrid position based in Louisville, KY, offering a 6-month contract engagement. The role focuses on IT projects and initiatives, managing the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
• Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
• Develop project plan and drive project milestones
• Establish effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
• Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
• Prepare documentation, status reports and budgets

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project planning abilities
• Sound judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
• Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word

Pay

$53.62 - $58.62 per hour
