IT Project Manager (Enterprise Architecture & ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage project activities, resource assignments, deliverables, and workstream coordination.
• Document and manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and communications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, platform owners, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, design reviews, sprint reviews, release activities, and project status meetings.
• Cookordination efforts between architects, developers, platform teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress against defined objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and operational handoff activities.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting, including schedules, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
