A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple departments. This role partners directly with executive leadership to deliver strategic initiatives involving Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT, AI, Operations, and enterprise-wide change management efforts. One of the organization's highest-profile initiatives involves consolidating multiple enterprise platforms into a unified solution while simultaneously driving AI adoption and broader organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic projects from planning through execution
• Partner with executives and business leaders across multiple departments
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
• Deliver complex initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Requirements

• Enterprise Project Management experience
• Proven success leading cross-functional transformation projects
• Outstanding executive communication skills
• Strong change management experience
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000
