IT Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst
W2 contract, minimum 12 months — onsite in Plano, TX. Target W2 rate: $50–55/hour.
About the role
This role supports the HR division’s systems, technology projects, and strategic initiatives, serving as a key liaison between HR, IT, system management teams, HQ, and emerging AI teams. The position focuses on project management of integration, transformation, and implementation projects within business systems, along with business systems analysis, project coordination, data analytics, and cross-functional communication. A major area of interest is ongoing AI transformation and strategic technology initiatives, including testing and implementing AI tools and functionality within existing or legacy HR systems. While direct experience implementing AI tools is a strong nice-to-have, it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans to coordinate project activity.
- Manage backup, security, and user help systems.
- Operate smaller budget projects.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data from internal business systems.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR systems or business systems and an understanding of how enterprise systems operate.
- Approximately 2–3+ years of IT project management experience; candidates with more experience are also welcome.
- Strong ability to manage project timelines, schedules, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating between business and technical teams.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand systems, integrations, and data.
- PMP certification desired but not required.
- Exposure to AI initiatives, AI tools, or AI implementation projects is highly desirable but not required.
- Bilingual Korean skills would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
Pay
$50–55/hour (W2).
