IT-Project Manager

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, governance structures, and execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans that align teams around shared objectives and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure coordinated execution across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability for delivery commitments.
• Build solid partnerships across business, technology, marketing, operations, and supporting functions.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
• Drive decision-making by presenting options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
• Resolve conflicts and navigate ambiguity to maintain project momentum.
• Anticipate risks, challenges, and execution gaps before they impact delivery.
• Develop mitigation strategies and proactively adjust plans to address changing business needs.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately while recommending actionable solutions.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready communications, status reports, and presentations.
• Translate complex project activities into clear business outcomes, risks, and decisions.
• Provide leadership with transparency into progress, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, and team effectiveness.
• Implement best practices that increase efficiency, predictability, and execution excellence.
• Contribute to the maturation of project management capabilities across the organization.
• Define analytic requirements for products & initiatives.
• Partner with analytics team to refine dashboards based on reporting needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$20.50 - 27.50 per hour
