IT Project Manager
About the role
This position serves as a critical partner to Network Engineering and Operations, driving execution, structure, and visibility across site readiness initiatives. The role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment supporting multi-site deployments, M&A integrations, and network infrastructure readiness.
The IT Project Manager leads and delivers complex projects within the workflow and storage domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages project risks, and ensures the successful implementation of solutions that optimize business processes and storage infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance.
- Support post-implementation review and transition to operational teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including experience with workflow and storage systems.
- 1+ years of storage and workflow domain experience (network engineering, compute storage engineering, cloud storage).
- 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Project Management certification (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent) (preferred).
Location
This position follows a remote work style, but the candidate must live close to one of our designated IT locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Pay
The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
