About the role

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Project Manager to provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services for IRS Criminal Investigation. The role supports reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations by managing, deploying, maintaining, testing, and disposing of government technology assets. The position promotes operational readiness, service quality, compliance, and continuous support for mission-critical business activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate communication among technical and business stakeholders.
• Track and report project performance against milestones and deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and change control processes.
• Provide leadership to ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT project management within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing technical initiatives such as infrastructure, endpoint services, and software deployment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to meet defined objectives.
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Agile/Scrum, are preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain/hold U.S. government security clearance.
