IT Project Engineer

About the role

We are currently looking for an IT Project Engineer to join a successful and technical Managed Service Provider in Teesside. With over 15 years of growth, they have an expanding team supporting over 200 clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets as a Senior Engineer
• Take the lead on project work for clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in Managed Services
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization Technologies such as Hyper-V or VMWare
• Experience with Cloud Computing - Office 365, Azure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
