IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

ERMCO is seeking a skilled IT Project Coordinator to enhance its team by supporting staff working on IT projects within the distribution transformer industry. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on IT project management experience within a manufacturing environment, but those with formal project management training are encouraged to apply. This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ years’ experience in IT project coordination or administration
• Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences; listen actively and ask clarifying questions
• Collaborate across functions and locations, build trust, and contribute to team success
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset—anticipates needs, responds promptly, and follows through

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• Understand project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
