IT Program & Project Management Analyst About The Role You will be responsible for supporting IT program and project management initiatives that align technology solutions with business goals and operational needs. This role partners closely with business leaders, strategists, planners, designers, and operational teams to help manage change initiatives, support portfolio delivery, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving collaboration, monitoring business objectives, and supporting the successful execution of IT programs and investments. Responsibilities Partnering with business leaders, stakeholders, and operational teams to support IT initiatives and strategic business objectivesSupporting the planning, coordination, and execution of IT programs and projects across multiple business areasBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teamsMonitoring project and program performance to ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and operational prioritiesAssisting with the management of investment and sustaining project portfoliosSupporting change management initiatives and helping drive adoption of new processes and technology solutionsCoordinating with strategists, planners, designers, and operational partners during project implementation activitiesIdentifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating concerns when appropriatePreparing status updates, project documentation, and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholdersHelping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery support Requirements Have experience supporting IT programs, projects, or operational initiatives within a corporate or enterprise environmentShow the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teamsHave strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsShow experience coordinating multiple priorities and managing competing deadlinesHave experience supporting project delivery methodologies and change management initiativesShow proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookHave the ability to analyze business needs and support technology-driven solutionsHave a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred Flexible Working At Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
