IT Project Manager II
About the role
As a member of an agile development team, you will plan, track, and report on the progress of technology solutions for Tulane University under the guidance of PM leadership. The position is reliable, works well in a team, completes tasks on time, and shows a desire to learn.
You will guide the project delivery team on using Agile/Scrum practices throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. You will communicate proactively with all involved personnel, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, as well as providing support to the team by assisting with internal and external communication. You will also anticipate future project needs by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 2 years of technology-related work experience OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 6 years of technology-related work experience.
- Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of Agile development principles.
- Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of tools to assist with scrum team planning (Jira, Rally/Central Agile, Version1, etc.).
