IT Program Manager - TS/SCI w/ Poly (role starts in 8-10 weeks)

About the role

The Sponsor requires support related to providing technical analysis and support to cyber operations; which will entail expertise in analyzing and synthesizing collection to evaluate and extract relevant data, preparing written reports, providing briefings. The contractor should be knowledgeable of current cyber trends and be able to apply that knowledge to meet the Sponsor's dynamic technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize collection to evaluate and extract relevant data
• Prepare written reports
• Provide briefings
• Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing, managing projects, developing technical materials, and coordinating focused web-based portals, websites, and training

Requirements

• Mandatory Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience using social media platforms and an understanding of how these platforms operate, to include use of fraud detection techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced cyber operations to include knowledge of internet protocols, IP addressing, and use of virtual machines and emulators
  • Demonstrated experience working to mitigate the impact of geolocation and fraud detection on operations
  • Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) related to cybersecurity, to include ICD 503
  • Demonstrated experience using critical thinking skills to innovate and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated experience securely working with and designing websites and an understanding of the risks and proper use of encryption technologies as well as commercial messaging applications
