Deputy Program Manager, Technical TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update technical project plans, scope, and schedules.
- Coordinating complex technical tasks across teams, evaluating work products, and ensuring project deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate technical and administrative project teams, allocate resources effectively, and oversee staffing to ensure optimal utilization.
- Serve as a client liaison, ensuring the project meets client expectations and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve technical project challenges, assess risks, and implement change control processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software and methodologies.
- Experience: Experience eliciting, decomposing, and developing high quality functional and technical requirements. Experience with frameworks like RMF or continuous ATO. Experience with developing solution architectures to include hardware, software, and integration layers, and/or deep experience developing artificial intelligence solutions.
Functional and Technical Requirements
- Experience in application development (preferably using Java or Python).
- Writing SQL and/or Graph query language (e.g., GQL, Cipher, Gremlin, etc.).
- Data modeling, data integration using JSON( LD).
- Development of REST services and/or clients.
- Developing automated test scripts.
- Developing solution architectures to include hardware, software, and integration layers.
- Deep experience developing artificial intelligence solutions.
Governance
- Demonstrated experience in governance processes (change control boards, requirements prioritization, release management, etc.).
Compensation
To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 - $245,500.00.
