IT Program Manager SME with Security Clearance

About the role

Plans, directs, and coordinates computer-related activities including electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Performs day-to-day management of the program, and develops long-term and strategic objectives to ensure end user requirements are satisfied in future years of the contract. Incumbents perform horizontal integration planning and interface with other functional areas to ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates computer-related activities including electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
• Performs day-to-day management of the program, and develops long-term and strategic objectives to ensure end user requirements are satisfied in future years of the contract.
• Performs horizontal integration planning and interfaces with other functional areas to ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Education and/or Experience: Requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. However, for specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly)
