IT Program Manager, Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development
About the role
Lead large-scale projects with varying degrees of complexity
Lead small projects involving multiple project workstreams, acting as a single point of contact for those activities
Utilize agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems
Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis; estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary; handle multiple projects as necessary
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Act as the go-to-person and single point of contact for a specific process, product, function or system
Coordinate with IT and department managers to assess and track plans, status, etc. for timely delivery of critical projects and programs; this includes assisting teams and the project teams in removing impediments and resolving cross-team issues
Define project objectives clearly and rally a team around the value delivery plan
Anticipate risks before they become issues

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience in research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific laboratory environment implementing IT systems
- Expert user of a variety of technologies (Planview, Jira, MS tools, etc.) and processes (SDLC, PMO, etc.)
- Open to travel periodically (~5%) to represent Regeneron as needed and for internal meetings
- Previous project management in a Research organization is preferred
