About the Role
The Program Manager is an integral member of the Manufacturing and Technical Operations leadership team. This role will develop, implement, and coordinate key strategies across multiple functions and disciplines that deliver overall operational and business benefits including: expanded capacity, improved profitability, increased revenue, and enhanced capabilities to meet customer requirements.

A candidate who is high energy and self-directed with the demonstrated capability of effectively communicating across many teams, departments, and levels of leadership to achieve alignment to vision, strategy, and implementation.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of project management; Previous program management experience is a plus
- Cross-functional team leadership; Cross-functional experience on strategic team
- BS in Engineering or related field required, MBA a plus
- PMP, PgMP certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the development of long-term goals/ strategies
- Develop program scope with key stakeholders and leadership
- Construct program implementation plans
- Construct ramp schedules and position organization for attainment
- Develop and provide adherence to program timelines and budgets
- Drive achievement to scorecard measurements
- Establish and execute communication plans
- Manage and navigate changes while adhering to program schedules
- Coach and guide project workstreams utilizing project/program management tools/structure
- Integrate applicable automation, systemization, and other improvements into programs

- Effectively capable in presentation and communication
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data and reports
- Ability to model scenarios and propose the optimal solution required to achieve business needs
- Capability to utilize MS Office, Smartsheet, and other required software
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Program Manager will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and/or Director of Program Management. This position typically does not have direct reports but will lead and manage workstream leaders and coordinate efforts across all functional areas and departments.
Travel Requirements
Significant travel, both in and out of town, may be required. Travel is typically by company car and commercial air carrier. Depending on the stage of implementation, travel can range from 20-50%.
