IT Program Manager - IT Clinical Systems

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate completeness of initiative documentation
• Identify gaps and coordinate with Initiative Owners, Business Relationship Managers, and Business Analysts
• Analyze initiative scope and determine appropriate IT ownership alignment
• Coordinate and facilitate assignment of IT Milestone Owners
• Support scope definition and risk assessment for technical programs
• Build strong relationships across IT, operations, and business leadership
• Provide coordination support for small initiatives without assigned project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• Certification and experience in one or more Epic clinical applications preferred
• PMP certification preferred or to be obtained within 18 months
• Experience in healthcare IT environments

Pay

$106,080 – $176,820 annually
