Skill Requirements
- Understanding of PC and MAC operating systems
- Knowledge of OT networks
- Experience with M365 office suite items
Responsibilities
- Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes
- Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety
- Executes and/or organizes relevant testings
- Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes
- Fulfills 2nd-level user help desk activities
- Provides individual coaching and trainings
Key Competencies
- Senior Professional with extensive functional, commercial, and/or technical knowledge
- Interprets and functionsally influences policy and guidelines in business / technology areas
- Develops processes and systems to deliver functional objectives
- Plans own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly to annual cycle
- Provides functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience
- Masters domain knowledge
- Improves existing processes and approaches
