• Participate in Agile ceremonies

• Troubleshoot application issues
• Support releases, patches, and enhancements

Requirements

• 24 years of relevant IT experience
• Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Business Systems background
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban knowledge
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong relationship-building and business acumen

Skills

• Experience with .NET, Dell Boomi/Boomi, SAP, backend architecture, application support, or parts/dealer/operations applications is valuable.
