IT Product Manager - Synergie

For our client, we are seeking an IT Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide the technology product direction while supporting IT operations and service delivery in a healthcare environment. You will partner closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and operational stakeholders to align roadmap priorities with organizational needs and measurable value. The position blends product management, team leadership, and cross-functional execution to improve efficiency, support users, and keep technology capabilities aligned with strategy. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $137,900 – $166,700 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop the IT Help Desk and IT Operations team Set team goals and priorities to improve operational efficiency Mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities Own the technology product roadmap and align it with organizational strategy Collaborate with business leaders to define product capabilities based on operational needs Drive prioritization of the product backlog based on business value Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and IT delivery teams Oversee compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements Qualifications BS degree in IT, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology and team management Prior experience managing IT support or operations staff Strong strategic product and portfolio management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Experience in healthcare workflows Benefits Paid time off and 11 holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous 401(k) matching Lifestyle spending account Comprehensive benefit package for eligible employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
