IT Product Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize technology requirements
• Create and maintain a product roadmap for IT solutions and features
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on-time and on-budget
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with company needs
• Identify and mitigate risks in IT projects, developing contingency plans as needed
• Advocate for user experience improvements based on feedback, ensuring solutions are user-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with a Master's degree or certifications like PMP, ITIL, CSPO as a plus
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT product management with successful technology solution delivery
• Strong project management skills with familiarity in relevant tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure best practices
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset, with Agile/Scrum methodology experience being advantageous

Pay

$119,000 – $140,000 annually
