About The Role
This is a senior leadership role focused on massive contract values. You will sell our 'Dedicated Offshore Engineering Team' model. You will target CTOs and VPs of Engineering in Western markets who need to scale their development teams rapidly and cost-effectively.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for our offshore staff augmentation and dedicated team services.
- Identify and engage with C-level executives at scale-ups and enterprises in the US/UK/EU.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (6-12 months).
- Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs), rate cards, and multi-year retainers.
- Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure we can staff the deals you close.
- Provide market intelligence on global outsourcing trends and pricing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, specifically selling offshore IT staff augmentation or managed services.
- A massive existing 'rolodex' of CTOs, CIOs, and Engineering VPs in target markets.
- Deep understanding of global IT outsourcing models (Time & Materials, Fixed Bid, Build-Operate-Transfer).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience closing deals worth $1M+ annually.
- Ability to articulate the quality, security, and cultural advantages of URTech's engineering centers.
- Executive presence and gravitas.
