IT Operator
About the role
This is a 6-month IT Operator position located in Pensacola, FL, with the potential to extend. The shift will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional nights and weekends as needed. The role requires frequent overtime and late-night work, particularly during peak periods or tight project deadlines.
Responsibilities
The IT Operator will be responsible for working with Virtual Desktop Environments, large scale hardware deployments, logistics, IT Asset Management, and Microsoft 365 projects. The role also requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, move equipment, crawl, and work under office desks and furniture. The IT Operator must be able to work after hours as needed.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license or equivalent form of federally accepted identification
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with standard work schedule onsite Monday through Friday
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays depending on operational needs
