IT Operations Project Manager 3

About the role

The ITSAC Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for the AL Laptop Refresh Project, manage schedule, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, coordinate with A&L leadership, Service Desk, IT Operations, Enterprise Information Security, and Asset Management teams, oversee daily deployment logistics (device imaging, staff appointment scheduling, on‑site technician assignments, tracking completion counts, mitigating blockers), partner with ITS refresh teams for hardware delivery readiness, ensure alignment with OAG standards, statewide guidance, and ITSAC contracting requirements, prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications, maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, change control, acceptance criteria, close‑out packages), and support improvement of refresh processes for follow‑on divisions using lessons learned from the AL rollout.
